Yes, our maintenance team is on-site and available to assist for both routine and emergency service requests.
 

A service request may be submitted through the resident portal, by calling the leasing office during office hours, or via email. For emergency maintenance during business hours, contact the front office at (734) 398-5300. After hours, please call the emergency maintenance hotline at (888) 552-8210.
 

If you are locked out during business hours, visit the office with a form of ID. For after hours, please contact the emergency maintenance hotline at (888) 552-8210.
 

The amenities offered at the community include a recently renovated clubhouse, sparkling swimming pool, 24/7 fitness area, and playground.
 

Each home offers an attached garage. Additional parking is available throughout the community.
 

Our community is pet-friendly. Breed and weight restrictions apply. If you would like more information about our pet policy, please contact our leasing office.
 

Fees associated with having a pet include a one-time registration fee of $250, $50 per month for dogs, and $25 for cats.

Quiet hours are between 9pm and 9 am. Our clubhouse is available regular , business, leasing hours.
 

Appointments are preferrred so that we can ensure our team is prepared for your arrival. However, walk-ins are accepted.
 

Applications can be submitted online. Typical application process times are 24-72 business hours, dependent on all documentation being timely received.
